1. Boil some water and pour the water to a small bowl or glass.
2. Immerse the mouthguard around 90-120 seconds. The inner mouthguard will soften.
3. Remove from the water use spoon.
4. Place the mouthguard in your mouth to mould it.
The mouthguard might be too hot. You can blow the mouthguard for 2-3 seconds before you put it into your mouth to reduce the heat.
5. Bite down, suck in and use fingers to press edges of mouthguard into teeth and gum line through lips and cheeks for 30 seconds or more.
6. Remove mouthguard and immerse it in room temperature water for 10-20 seconds. The mouthguard will harden.
7. Test the mouthguard.
Put on the mouthguard. Open your mouth. If the mouthguard fall down from your teeth, the mouthguard not yet completely moulded. Please repeat step 1 until 6 once more. This is your last chance.
After you repeat and the mouthguard still not stick to your teeth, the mouthguard can not be moulded anymore. You should buy the new one.
